The Platform is owned by BidBoard.in ("Platform Owner", "we", "us", "our"), with its registered office at Karuavadan House, Eriyad, Thiruvali, Malappuram, Kerala 679328.

Your use of the Platform and its services and tools is governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"), including the applicable policies incorporated herein by reference. By mere use of the Platform, you are contracting with the Platform Owner, and these Terms of Use constitute your binding obligations with us. Any terms proposed by you that are in addition to or conflict with these Terms of Use are expressly rejected and shall be of no force or effect. These Terms of Use can be modified at any time without assigning any reason; it is your responsibility to periodically review them to stay informed of updates.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires, "you", "your", or "user" means any natural or legal person who has agreed to use the Platform.

Accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Platform indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions under these Terms of Use — please read them carefully before proceeding.

BidBoard.in is a pay-to-rank leaderboard. Businesses bid for placement on a category and location board; the highest bid holds the top position until outbid. Rankings reflect paid placement only — they are not a rating, review, recommendation, or endorsement of any business, and do not reflect quality, service, or customer satisfaction.

To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information to us during and after registration, and you are responsible for all acts done through the use of your registered account on the Platform.

Placing a bid reserves a rank for as long as it remains the highest bid on that board. Bids are non-refundable once confirmed — a higher competing bid can displace your position at any time, and no refund is owed for the time already held at that rank. You agree to pay us the charges associated with availing the Services.

All amounts shown are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of any applicable payment processing fees.

Anyone can list a business on BidBoard.in; listing does not require proof of ownership. A listing can later be claimed by its real owner through the claim flow. You are responsible for the accuracy of any business details you submit, and must not knowingly list false, misleading, or duplicate information.

BidBoard.in is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials offered on the Platform for any specific purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that rankings will drive any particular outcome, or that listed information about any business is accurate or current. You acknowledge that such information may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of the Services and the Platform is solely and entirely at your own risk and discretion, for which we shall not be liable to you in any manner. You are required to independently assess and ensure that the Services meet your requirements.

The contents of the Platform and the Services — including but not limited to its design, layout, look, and graphics — are proprietary to us or licensed to us. You have no authority to claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in that content.

You may not use BidBoard.in to list a business you have no legitimate connection to in bad faith, manipulate rankings through fraudulent payment activity, attempt to disrupt the service, or otherwise use the Platform or Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal, or forbidden by these Terms or by Indian or local laws applicable to you. Unauthorized use of the Platform and/or Services may lead to action against you under these Terms of Use and/or applicable law.

The Platform and Services may contain links to third-party websites, provided for your convenience. Accessing these links means you will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policy, and other policies of those third-party websites.

Initiating a transaction to avail of the Services means you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for those Services.

You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or action — including reasonable attorney's fees — made by any third party, or penalty imposed, arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or any other policy, your violation of any law or regulation, or your violation of the rights (including intellectual property rights) of a third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BidBoard.in and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site, including loss of business, revenue, or ranking position.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event beyond that party's reasonable control.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim relating to them or their enforceability, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malappuram, Kerala.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of BidBoard.in after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
